Business / Brand Agreement

1. Eligibility

• Business representatives must be authorized to act for the business and provide accurate information.
• Approval does not guarantee sales, campaign results or brand verification.

2. Products and fulfillment

• Brands are responsible for authentic, lawful, accurately described products.
• No counterfeit, prohibited or recalled products.
• Each listing must show who sells and ships it, shipping times and return rules.

3. Campaigns and fees

• Campaigns must list budget, creator qualifications, deliverables, dates and compensation before acceptance.
• DG Nation's default brand platform fee is 10%. The suggested creator share of 20% is a suggestion, not a guarantee.

4. Content and rights

• Creators keep ownership of their content unless a separate license is agreed.
• Paid ads, whitelisting, exclusivity or off-platform use require express agreement.
• Brands share responsibility for proper advertising disclosures.

5. Cancellations and contact
