Creator Commission Agreement

1. Earning commissions

• You earn a commission on each completed sale attributed to your storefront or referral activity.
• The commission for each product is shown on the product before you add it to your storefront ("You earn $X per sale").
• Attribution is recorded automatically when a customer purchases through your storefront.

2. Commission statuses

• Pending — the order is placed; commission is not yet payable.
• Available — the order has cleared its refund window; commission can be paid out.
• Paid — the commission has been transferred to your connected bank account.
• Reversed — the order was refunded or cancelled.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are sent to the bank account you connect through our payment partner, Stripe.
• DG Nation never stores your bank details.
• You are responsible for taxes on your earnings; we may request tax information (such as a W-9) before paying out, and will issue required tax forms (such as 1099s) where applicable.

4. Fair promotion

• No self-purchases, fake orders, or manipulation of attribution or tracking.
• Promotions must follow applicable advertising disclosure rules (for example FTC disclosure of material connections, like #ad).
• Violations may result in reversed commissions and account removal.

5. Changes

Commission rates are set per product and shown before you promote it. Changes to this agreement will be posted with an updated effective date.
