1. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be returned as below.

2. Returns

• Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• Some items (for example hygiene-sensitive or final-sale products) may not be returnable; this will be noted on the product page where applicable.
• Contact us at support@degenerategeniusnation.com with your order number to start a return.

3. Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you — including return shipping.
• Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to our error.

4. Creator commissions

When an order is refunded, the related creator commission is reversed. This keeps the marketplace fair for customers, creators, and businesses alike.
