1. About DG Nation

DG Nation ("DG Nation", "we", "us") operates a creator-powered commerce marketplace at degenerategeniusnation.com. Products listed on DG Nation are offered by DG Nation and by independent businesses, and are promoted by independent creators. By using the site you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Creator and business accounts require an approved application.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Purchases

• Orders are offers to purchase; a contract forms when we confirm your order by email.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you place an order.
• Items in one order may ship separately from different fulfillment partners.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Creators and commissions

Creators earn commissions on attributed sales as described in the Creator Commission Agreement. Commissions are calculated on completed (non-refunded) sales and are paid according to the payout terms published in the creator dashboard.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content or promotion.
• No manipulation of attribution, tracking, or commission systems.
• No scraping or interference with the platform's operation.

6. Intellectual property

The DG Nation name, logos, and platform are our property. Creators and businesses retain ownership of their content and grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Nation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
